Matenco Europe Ltd. is becoming an important factor in the trade and supply of building material testing equipment to the markets. Predominantly within Germany Matenco Europe is well established meanwhile and has a fast growing history  since 2004.

Mineralogist Dieter Rohrdantz is Managing Director of Matenco Europe Ltd. 

Dieter Rohrdantz has been at the Technical University in Berlin at the Department for Building Materials, Glass, and Ceramics as Postgraduates for several years. The daily work was education, lectures, and mostly industry financed research .

Dieter Rohrdantz joined afterwards commercial and technical sales departments in the building materials and refractory industry. Also materials inspection was for several years his experience field. During this times he kept stepwise higher responsibilities from local to international sales directorship. More than 15 years as head of sales departments and as managing Director of a worldwide leading materials testing company he experienced many international mentalities and different kinds of company management. The establishment of QM systems acc. to the old and the new EN ISO 9000 series was initiated and supervised by him.

Sales structures changes from more local towards global orientation were important challenges which he mastered in the past. All this responsibilities were accompagnied by intense travelling globally also to politically and economically unstable regions. It is important to know mentalities from own experience and successes incl. setbacks to do the right decisions and find strategies for the future. That years of experience are still the key to improved consultancy capabilities requested by many small and medium sized companies in Germany and abroad.
